Towage Agreement, Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between GREGER PACIFC MARINE Inc. (herein the “Tower”), and  (herein the “Owner”). In consideration of the compensation set forth herein, and subject to the terms and conditions on the following pages, Tower agrees to perform the towage service described below:

Vessel(s) to be Towed:

Nature of Towage Service:

Compensation:  Daily rate of hire, as follows. The Tug log shall govern with respect to operating and standby time

Operating Rate:

Crew Standby Rate:

Unmanned Standby Rate:

Rate applicable to salvage services shall be three times operating rate

Owner agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on page 1 through 10 of this document and will so indicate by signing below and at Paragraph 21 plus initialing each page herein.
