Towage Agreement, Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between GREGER PACIFC MARINE,Inc. (herein the “Tower”), and (herein the “Owner”). In consideration of the compensation set forth herein, and subject to the terms and conditions on the following pages, Tower agrees to perform the towage service described below:

Compensation:  The Tug log shall govern with respect to operating hours and standby hours
